EDNOS (Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified) was probably her diagnosis. They just ruled out anorexia because she doesn't meet ALL of the requirements.

Either that or coke. In the 80s women did small amounts of coke to control their weight. It obviously wasn't publicized as the latest diet craze, being that it was illegal and all.

I'd lean more toward the former if everyone she associated with wasn't emaciated (Mischa Barton) or immediately lost weight upon being with her (Lindsay Lohan). It makes me think "drugs" now when I see her.

Nicole has always been small, with the exception of the first season of the Simple Life. But when someone who's ordinarily small loses weight drastically and even their parents take note, there is a problem. I think her reaction to being referred to as "the fat one" at what? A size 5-6 or something? Was devastating for her, and she responded much like Tracy Gold did to being "fat", losing weight to the point where it made people gasp when they saw her.

Definitely some psychological mess going on with that girl :/

Of course, it's stress related! It's the stress of others, like her old bff Paris, who are so skinny in la-la land. I hate when they do spin. This woman (girl) does need some serious intervention. Uh, Lionel, if you love her, don't spend your time on the media defending yourself - get her and intervention like people do for rehab. Have you seen Lindsay's skin lately? She is really treating herself badly. She is going to look 20 years older by the time she reaches 30.
