It's long been rumored she was a lesbian, but Jodie Foster was very private about her personal life. She recently "sort of " confirmed she's in a relationship with her longtime partner. Is there anyone surprised?? Does anyone care?? Do you think it's odd the media is making such a big deal out of it??

I really don't care though I'm not surprised. Of course the media makes a big deal of everything so it doesn't seem odd to me. I hate the way the media does that kind of stuff. Who cares!!??

She's one of my favorite actresses. I loved her in Silence of the Lambs and The Accused. I remember in part of the accused I couldn't breathe. I think she's a wonderful dramatic actress. I hope this doesn't hurt her chances for roles.

It's about time!!!!! She should be proud of who she is. My sister always looked up to her, loved her when we were kids (Candleshoe was the best movie!) and my sister is a lesbian with a lifetime partner. Yep, ds has two aunties
I think this is exactly what we need to show positive, strong examples of successful lesbians in this country. My sister would have benefited from this postive example as a young woman trying to come out.

I think her personal life is none of my business. Britney hasn't done anything this week so the media has to latch onto something . I think she is a great actress, and I don't think it will affect her ability to get roles.

No, not surprised about Jodie Foster.One day I was glancing over all the magazines at the library and I saw Out magazine with Anderson Cooper on the cover so I just had to grab it! I read the article and it mentioned the quiet gay life of him and Jodie Foster. I have had a crush on Anderson forever so I was quite shocked to read that I could not even finish the article!
