Ok in my opinion those parents are no better than the rich folks i saw on the news the other night that had too slaves working for them. They treated the girls as slaves...they did all the household chores, cared for the boys, had no life and were sickly looking. The older girl looked sick the entire show. Too thin, greasy hair and dark circles under her eyes. CPS should be called on the family. The girls were failing school because they had no teacher and they had no time to do the work.
I was surprised that Jo didn't get on the parents more than she did. She was too nice.

Oh and the girls were not suppose to watch the boys in the afternoon. The mom was suppose to stay home with the boys in the morning so the girls could study. Then she was to go to work after getting the boys a babysitter for the afternoon. The girls were not suppose to be responsible for the boys at all. I'm sure that never happened.

Yet another article about this family in today's paper.
My cousin is a police officer in KauKauna, but of course he wouldn't be able to tell me anything because of confidentiality laws. It does sound like Social Services has been contacted by viewers of the show. The mother's brother defends her in the article. The girls are back in public school now too.
