So what did you think??? Happy with who went home? I was fine with the bottom 3 and they could have thrown Ramiele in and made it a bottom 4 for me and I would have been fine. At this point there are several that will go and I don't think it matters what order they go. Then they'll be down to the top 6 or so and the REAL battle begins.

What did you all think of Kat last night?

Well "I" thought she looked beautiful, acted classy, and sang wonderfully, but I'm sure all you Taylor worshippers will think she stunk!!! So go ahead....say it!! I know you're dying to!!!

I thought they got the bottom 3 right, but the wrong one went home. Doesn't matter in the long run as none of them have a prayer of winning, but I would hate for Kristi Lee Cook stay another week and manage to get on the tour when hernandez or syesha have at least put in 1 or 2 decent performances.

Kat - I was just reading on an AI blog and her performance was pretty much universally panned except for one superduper Kat fan. And the folks panning her weren't, for the most part, Taylor fans. I am a Taylor fan, but I really expected Kat to do well because she was with that David Foster guy, & other videos I've seen of her with him, well, she seems to really bring it when she works with him. He seems to bring out the best in her. When she was on Idol, I picked her as the best female, but her performances were inconsistent -great one week, lousy the next. And then I just didn't like her personality. Last night - I thought she looked beautiful, altho the dress was a little short & the folks in the front row probably saw more of her than they needed to, but I didn't think she did well with the song. She messed up the lyrics once, which is a pet peeve of mine, and Taylor messed up the lyrics when he sang it as well, which ticked me off too, but she was flat or off or something when she got to the refrain. Then, I think this is a song that should be sung simply, like Harrison did, and not fill it up with big notes. She oversang it. Like she did when she did that one Elvis tune. Just tried to do too much with it instead of just singing it simply. Lastly, I think it's phenomenally stupid of them to have her come out and sing a song that Taylor nailed in their season, because it's just asking for comparisons.

The rest of the show - hated the Jim Carrey movie pimping, hated the call in questions, and hated having to hear all three of the worst ones sing again. We had to listen to the Kristi Lee awfulness and then she didn't even go home! Results should be 30 minutes.

Something tells me Jim Carrey wasn't thrilled about having to do that either.

And I agree with the call in questions, although I loved how Ryan skipped over the caller who wanted to say "Simon is sexy".
