On movies, books, CD's or anything else? I rarely do unless it is a product that I'm buying those are helpful. But the rest ... I don't think I've never found one that I've completely agreed with. But some people must -- afterall a lot of them make really good money giving their opinions on whatever.

Im a member of Yelp.com and I post and read reviews of restaurants (mostly) on this site. They do post things about stores and other businesses.
Its nice to get a review of a restaurant before going, its also a good way to find a new place to try out.
