Were my dh and I the only ones SCREAMING at the television last night for Greg to back up the truck?
That's all he had to do to get out of that situation, but no, he just sits there with a deer-in-the-headlights look when that guy with the freaky contact-lens eyes comes up to the front of the truck with the rock/brick/whatever it was. Then he runs over the guy. Seriously, is that a common police procedure? The gang breaks the window and yanks him out of the truck. Why wasn't Greg wearing his seatbelt? If he'd had that on, it would have been harder to get him out of the truck. Why didn't he draw his gun at some point during this encounter? Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid. Is there going to be an investigation about Greg's poor actions? Oh, probably not. If he's that bad at being a CSI, he needs to go back to the lab. Actually, I liked him better in the lab.
And Nick, Mr. Perpetual Bad Hair Day, punching out a bystander and NOT getting into trouble? What's up with that? That's called ASSAULT and he could get into a lot of trouble over that, especially since there were a lot of witnesses around.
We got treated to K-Fed last night. I forgot he was going to be on. Oh joy <sarcasm>.
This show is not what it used to be. I know it's just television and cases really aren't solved without a wardrobe change, but it used to make you think. You never knew who did it until the very end. When I saw K-Fed I thought "Oh, he's probably Pig." I was right.
Am I overanalyzing this show too much? Should I just mindlessly sit back and enjoy the pretty lights of the Las Vegas strip?
