My kids enjoy watching food network. Ds especially loves Alton Brown's "Good Eats". My dd loves to watch anything that involves cookies, cake, candy or chocolate---as does her mom:D Does anyone else have kids who like watching cooking shows?

Mine love to watch the Animal Planet channel and documentaries on Discovery and National Geographic. They also all love home video shows like Americas Funniest. Wyndser loves sports. Go figure.

Both of my older kids (ages 7 and 4) love watching food network shows. My dd (7) asked how she could go about seeing Emeril as part of his studio audience -- she thinks that would be such a thrill!

LOL...nope my 2 and 4 year olds love it also they also make the moaning noises and saying OHhhhhh that looks SOOOooo Good when watching. Ashlee my 4 year old is always asking Mom can we just make that or we can make that we have that stuff and of course she dont hear all the other ing. you need LOL...Kids Too Funny!!

That funny, My 11 yo ds loves Good Eats as well, I cant stand that show though My 2 yo ds will just stand infront of the t.v if food network is on and watch. My favorite is semi homemade and Paulas southern cooking

Funny you should mention this, my boys (3 and 4 1/2) love Rachel Ray. Between 6-7pm, if I happen to sit on the couch, and I flip to Food Network, they'll both say, mummy, is it time for Wachel Way?? and it's so cute.

My 6 yo dd loves the food network. She will chose it over cartoons most of the time.

My 8 yr old DS loves the Food Network and some of the decorating shows on HGTV as well. Good Eats is one of his favorites and the show right after at 6:30 that I can't remember the name of where they tell how some foods are made - mostly sweets and junk food stuff! If I make something new and say it was from one of the cooking shows he's more likely to eat it so that helps!
