HOw did mediation go? I wish I would have read this post before I posted under parenting plans - I would have told your DH to go into mediation asking for more and ready to get less. If he showed he was willing to "give" and work with his ex for his DD's sake, teh mediator would note that. I will assume you were not allowed in the room, just the bio parents, right? When will they get the final recommendation from the mediator? I would have also told you the mediator will not discuss monetary values - there are formulas that the judge will input the values and spit out child support...
