Let the kids stay up?.... I don't think I'm going to make it to midnight.

We've always let our kids stay up til midnight on New Years Eve, they're older though...when they were smaller they weren't really interested but if they were, I'd probably let them. It's one night...kwim?

My kids for the past few years have been spending the night at my inlaws on New Years Eve and then we join them, along with other family, on New Years Day for an early dinner of pork and sauerkraut (for good luck). It's been a nice little tradition and the kids really look forward to it.
