We don't get the school package and we are also finding a lot of parents aren't getting the school ones anymore.

We get ours done at Walmart once a year on their birthdays. A bunch of other Moms do it at Walmart around the same time they are doing them at school. Just as nice. Way less cost.

I purchase the large package only because I want at least 1 8x10. The two largest packages are the only ones that have the 8x10's. Then you look at the prices and for 3 extra dollars, you get an extra 8x10 and more wallets by ordering the largest package over the second to the largest package. AND my in laws ONLY want 8x10's and I heard all about it when I was giving them 5x7's. ANYWAY. The largest runs me about $33 for 2-8x10's, 4 5x7's, 4 3x5's and about 8 wallets.

We always get the school pictures but this year I couldn't believe how costly they were!
My DD-13 is in jr. high, her pictures cost 22.00 for 2 5x7's and 8 wallets. 25.00 for the yearbook!
DD-7 22.00 for 2 5x7's and 8 wallets
It always ends up being a major expense!
