Tired, hun you did good for your son. I want you to know that what your ex did is against the law. I would have a protection order put on him, and that way he can't come to your house, he can pick the boys up in a public place instead. Also, if you can tape record the next blow up he has, you can prove it;s a hostile and unhealthy enviroment, and tha way the kids don't HAVE to go with him if they don't want to.
Hugs

I guess the fear of someone else replacing me is what gets me the most. If they ever decided to go live with their dad it would just kill me. I'm not all sure that her motives are sincere either. She told my son that at the ballgame the other night when someone "walked up to her" and asked her who she was there to see, she said, my son's name, and told him that then she thought I may have heard her so she corrected herself and said "stepmother". That is a bold faced lie! I was nowhere around when she said any of this. She lied to him to make it look like I was overreacting and she was purely innocent in the whole matter. Things like this are why I don't think she acts as syrupie sweet as she does to them because she loves them, she knows that's what gets to me. If she loved them as much as she tries to make them think she does, then why didn't SHE stick up for my son when my ex started screaming at him for nothing? That's a kind of love I just don't need, and neither do they!
