My kids LOVE most all veggies and we have a "no thankyou helping" rule which is they have to at least try it. Never really been an issue.

Stormy, I am so with you on the lima beans I too had them forced on me. I will never serve them!

I have one dacare 2 yr old that wont toch a single veggie or a piece of fruit All he wants is dairy and boxed mac and cheese. I have told myself a 1,000 times to let it go but man its hard.

I too save my battles for bigger things. I have found that as ds #1 gets older (he is 10) he is expirementing more with foods he never would have touched in the past. I know he will not eat a casserole. No matter what kind- fine with me, he will come around. I am not a short order cook either there is always some thing he can eat if he does not want to eat what we have.
