Yeah we have talked to a patient advocate but everytime we go there this person is either not there or when he is and he says he will call us back he never does.As for Battle Creek they are suppose to be the ones now that we are suppose to go to Grand Rapids can't help us no more.The only way he goes to Grand Rapids VA is to see his doctor there for normal appointments.We will be talking to someone else soon just got a call yesterday about it can't wait to talk to this person ad get this mess over with.
