I used to have hair down to my butt and french braided it a lot. It is easier to do wet. But I always did mine dry so it would make a fatter braid, but I was a hairdresser so....ya know.

Off the subject, but can anyone do one of those "fish-tail" braids?

Yes... and its really simple. You put the hair in a pony tail. Divide the pony into two "locks" take a small strand of hair from THE BOTTOM of one lock and bring it to the outside and over to the other lock then do the same on the other side and continue all the way down. Takes a while but is cute!!!

The fish-tail takes some time doing it if you want the little look...but I hurry up and do it and take bigger strands and it makes it little bit bigger..with dds hair it is sooo long and takes along time to do so I just short cut ...lol

Heck, I couldn't braid the hair on my Chrissy doll in a normal braid. That's why I wear my hair short now...:D
