Just wanted you to know i know right where you're coming from....Dh and I both had bad skin in our teens, luckily his cleared up, but mine only cleared through my 20's and at 32 I'm breaking out like a teenager again. My Dd is 7 and she has the same little white bumps you are describing, on her nose and forehead. She has been using cetaphil every night during her bath/shower and 'break outs' (of these bumps) are very, very few and far between. I do not want her to go through what we did, and this was the course her ped reccommnded, if it doesn't help when she hits puberty, then we will see a dermatologist ASAP.
