that she doesnt give a f*** what the courts say shes her mom and she doesnt have to abide by the temp. custody order etc.

called the attorney and we'll be back in court due to conpempt on her part. she'll be fined $500.

She's her own worst enemy in this case....just keep doing what you're doing.... she'll just keep making it worse for herself! Good luck!

Does Money Matter?

I just came across this and wanted to say...Oh yes she does...depending on the state. We ran into a similar situation with my dh ex and informed her she either abide of we would be there with the police. My advice to you is to keep a small journal with dates for personal notes on every conversation...this totally helps when you get to court.
