I'm Rachael. I'm a stay at home mom most of the time, I work at mother's day out 2 days a week for a little more income, and I have 2 of the best kids in the world. My husband works super hard, and some how I have spent way too much over the 7 yrs to get us where we are. Our son has had some medical issues, but that only added to the debt, it didn't cause it. We just want out of debt and to start saving for some better things in life.

Hi. I am Holly. I have a 13 month old daughter. I quit work when she was born to be a SAHM. Recently, my husband was laid off. That left us with no income whatsoever. We had saved for me to stay home for a year, but then never touched that money. So we are living off of it for now, but it's going fast! I came here to see how I can cut more, make more, save more, and pay some debt off too.

Last year we got a home equity loan and paid off all of our credit cards. We then maxed them out again on needed repairs, tires, etc. We are really trying to only buy necessities and are feeling the squeeze now. Looking forward to trying the bootcamp.

I'm Chantelle, I signed up for the regular FTJ a while back but got off track so I'm back to try again My fiance and I are getting married in April and moving across the country in May so we're trying to kick our butt in gear, get rid of what debt we have, and start saving. With a 16 months old daughter and another baby due any day now I've been doing things for convenience, not because it was the wisest choice and I want to change that too

Hi I'm Tiffany. I have a 21 month old daughter and have been a SAHM for over a year now. I recently started a part time job at a mother's day out program and work 3 half days a week. We had everything paid off other than our car and home about 2 years ago, but since we have had medical bills and had to use our credit card more than we like. We are just looking at trying to get the credit card paid off along with a few other lingering bills and get back to being able to save money on a limited income!

Hi,
I'm Jen. I have a four year old and a 17 month old. We kind of go up and down as far as our spending. We are debt free except for our home. We are trying to get our 6 month emergency fund in place, but it seems like things have been coming up..car repairs and things. We are ready to get on track. Our fixed expenses are in control, we just need to get our other spending in line. I am a stay at home mom and love it!

I wanted to get in on the boot camp and see what I have missed so far. I am expecting my first baby on March 11 and not working for the first time in my life. I will be taking on roles that my husband previously paid like grocery shopping and cooking. I need to learn how to manage our house in a very tight budget.

i am excited to have this site and all of you as a resource.

I'm Jaclyn. Both my husband and I work full time and have a 1 year old daughter. We have made a few decisions in the past few years that have caused us to live a little beyond our means. We are sinking in debt and want to take control of our finances again, especially since we would like to expand our family and want to do it in a smart way.
