I'll be posting the last 30 or so steps between now and the end of December, but stay tuned for a shorter, more intense version of the FTJ program to start January 1st. Just a heads-up!

sounds fantastic - I lost sight of a lot this year --- we were spending way too much unnecessary - looking forward to starting over & staying on track

If you've been following FTJ, let me know what you need help with most, which steps you've enjoyed most, and what you hope to get out of the Bootcamp Version. I'm already starting to plan it out!

Anyone else in?

The spending freeze in January was most powerful for me~ It was the extra "kick" I needed. I probably need help with planning for vacations and unexpected expenses.

I liked also a lot the parts where you asked people to really think about what was important to them in different ways and at different levels (listing dreams, for example, and listing all those "best things in life that are free"). After all, there's no point in getting control of your money if really it still means that it is controlling you, just in a different way.

This will be great for me since DS is due Jan 8th and it will be a perfect time to start things off on the right track.

I am looking forward to this! I didn't get in on time this year, and I gave up on playing catch up. I need to learn how to control impluse buying. I find good deals on things that I want and I can't pass them up.

tepinckney- I LOVE the Cardinal Mermillod quote!

I was just thinking do I really want to try to go through all the steps now or just wait. I think I will wait and start in Jan. I look forward to being able to do it.
