Hello!
My family of 6 (Myself included) are all in! I have a notebook, and talked to the man with kids, and everyone is on board.

I know we are starting half way through the project but what made me want to 'go for it' were the success stories I have been reading here.
Maybe those of us who are just now starting can be good support for each other too.
I am new to this site and I will introduce myself in the hello thread but I wanted to let the other new FTJ project participants know that they aren’t alone in the late start.

Thank you in advance for this great opportunity to turn our family around!

I am so into this! We were just discussing this yesterday about how hard it is to not get pressured into keeling like you have to "keep up" with friends and not really getting anything out of it you know..

I'm looking forward to sharing this with DH and getting started!

Jumping in late here as well. I started the 21 day freeze last week and then realized that DH was on vacation last week. We did spend a little extra but for the most part did really well. We did things around town and used some memberships we had. We did eat out which is not the norm anymore but figured it was just a couple of times and we saved so much on our "staycation" and I found someone to do some work around our house for about $200 than DH did so that evened out (needed some dirt removed and we don't have truck nor does anyone we know so).

We have been doing really well not buying extras and I feel really good about it. Currently we are going through our freezer and making meals as much as possible without buying anything - will be continuing this for a while. I did buy a few things last week to go in the freezer because we were in the area of a store we don't normally go to but they were needed and figured it was best to save the gas money.

I found this thread a few days ago and I am so excited! My husband and I are totally on board, and we are ready to go! We just had our 4th baby boy (he's 5 weeks, 4 days today) and we are living on just my husband's income. This project reminds me that our lives should be about OUR goals and dreams and what works for OUR family, not trying to keep up with what everyone else is doing. Thanks so much for posting this project - it is really going to turn things around for so many people!

God Bless,
Jenn

I have seen this thread, but never ventured in to read it until now.

I am going to give this a shot and jump on board!

Good luck to the other late starters as well!

I am about to grab a notebook and get started!
