Before I post the first assignment, I'd like to get an idea of who is on board. If you're going to participate, let us know!

I think this idea is great and I'm curious to know how much we can change in our habits so we can start saving more (and doing more) with our kitchen remodel!

I'm In!

ETA: I already have my notebook to track my spending (as per 2bearsmom suggestion) so I am going to have that and print off your 100 steps to incorporate in it. IT will be my little text book of saving! Thank you!

Yes, that's one of the steps. I think it's one of the first 10.

I am certainly up for trying. I think that this year is gonna be pretty rough financially for us, and any education I can get is greatly needed.

I like this idea, Kim. I'm doing a lot of "house cleaning" in my life right now and cleaning up our finances is right up there on the list. I'm verying interested in learning how to do this. It can all be so overwhelming. I'm willing to give it a try and appreciate the support and the advice. Thanks.

This comes at a good time for us! My goal for this year is to figure out how to live Better on less $. By switching priorities, (my need to fill time and go shopping will save me X which will allow us to do Y) I think it can be done. I like this challenge because no matter how financially savvy you are, it never hurts to re-learn the basics. That's what I'm here for!
