Take it from me as a mother of a 19 yr old (now in college and lives on campus) and a 17 yr old (both boys) they need you just as much at home when they get older, as when they are younger, maybe even more!!

I have had to work outside of the home forever and if you can afford to keep staying home(and you enjoy it) then by all means do it!!

No you aren't I too have. Have a career and get a masters on my dreams list however they are rated low priority and long term.
Still it was interesting that the biggest category for me was self goals things like loose, weigh, eat healthy, get enough sleep. Followed by the Family related dreams and the home improvement dreams.
So I hear you I enjoy my life more as a SAhm then I ever did working so working just doesn't seam appealing
