Hi Everyone,

It's me, Kim. I'm the moderator of this forum and creator of the Forget the Joneses Project. "Forgetting the Joneses" has been a passion of mine for at least a couple years.

I started Mommysavers 8 years ago, but to me, there's more to frugality than pinching pennies. It's about putting your money where your priorities are, fulfilling your dreams, and making the most of your time. This project is designed with that in mind. It's my hope that all of you will get something out of this project and realize that you don't need a lot of money to lead a FANTATSTIC life.

More about me: I'm the mother of two children: my daughter is 8 1/2 an my son is 4 1/2. I've been married to Scott since 1993. Together, we all live in Minnesota with our dog, cat, and gecko. I created Mommysavers over 8 years ago. When I'm not online or writing, I enjoy cooking, photography, and reading.
