I have a big picnic coming up and I want to BBQ all the chicken legs ahead of time. I had planned on serving the legs cold on the big day...

Are there any tips that I should know?

I made up a small sample batch and froze it...thawed it in the fridge yesterday and took it with us on a little outside type playdate and they were just fine.

My dh thinks cold chicken is gross. I can't seem to get him to understand how good it is.
