We had BBQ chicken breasts yesterday for dinner so I shredded the left overs and put it in a crock pot with more chicken and bbq sauce so it would be enough for everyone for dinner tonight or tomorrow.

So if I have left overs can I freeze them? Any special preperation that I need to do in order to freeze them? What about cooking them after they've been frozen?

I don't see why you can' t freeze them as long as they've been cooked. As far as reheating, I'd thaw them in the fridge and just reheat.

ditto. just throw it in a freezer bag, label it & freeze it. Heat it up when you want to eat it.

I do this often. Shredded pork, chicken, beef, etc. . . it can all be frozen, thawed and reheated.
