What is the best way to prepare and freeze zucchini? I am wanting to do it in slices and shredded. I have read of different ways, but I want one that I know will turn out nummy when thawed. Thanks!

I shred it and freeze in 2 cup amounts. It's great to use for Zucchini bread all year long.
