I hit a sale and I have (8) 1L cartons of this wonderful stuff! Oh baby bring on the ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyhoo, can I freeze the cream right in the cartons??

I looked it up for you, and this is what I found. I hope you have some recipes that you can use them in. In the mean time, put whipped cream on everything! So much better than coolwhip.
Yes. But then you cannot whip them once they thaw. You can blend them, cook with them, bathe in them, but they will not whip.

Thank you Penelope and I'm safe!!!!! We (me more than anyone) are ice cream junkies in my house! Sooo I really only bought it because I make all our ice cream and couldn't resist the bargain...thank goodness ice cream recipes don't require the cream to be whipped!!!!!!!
