I have never made my own pizza dough and wanted to make some this week.....can you freeze it? Do you have to bake it first? Or can you just freeze it after it comes out of the bread machine.

Thanks!

You could probably do either. Make it into balls and freeze it or roll it out and top it then freeze it. You could try baking it first and then freezing it. It would be alot like freezing and thawing bread, which I don't really care for. So I would just freeze the dough.
Last time I was sitting at Sam's Club having lunch with my girls I noticed that they sell their pizza dough. You can buy a case of dough balls. I think you can also buy a case of crusts.
