My grocery store has mushrooms on sale. We eat a lot in reciepes like steak smoothered in onions and mushrooms, crockpot chicken and mushrooms, pasta with sausage and mushrooms. Do you think they will taste ok if I freeze them...or should I cook them with some onions and then freeze them?

I have luck/good results cooking them in the sauce and freezing them that way.
