Any bacon wrapped chicken recipes that do well in the freezer??? A lot of them I'm finding seem to be made with cream based sauces which I think I read don't do so well in the freezer (?)

The other ladies are MUCH better cooks than I ever will be. But I did have a thought. What about freezing the chicken separately - then making bacon-wrapped chicken later? Just an idea.

I suppose I could. I guess I was just trying to do some of the prep work and then freeze it so all I had to do was pop it in the oven on the night I was cooking it, kwim? I have a big thing of chicken to prepare and freeze and I saw a little bacon left so I thought maybe I could use it.

I like making chicken, bacon and pineapple kabobs, but I suppose though wouldn't freeze well.....Could you make up the chicken and freeze it and just add/make the sauce right before cooking?
