I spent the entire morning cooking (except for the hour for story time!) . I now have 2 large ziploc bags of sloppy joes, 3 9x13 pans of ziti, 3 9x13 pans of chicken casserole and 2 9x13 pans of tatertot hotdish in my freezer!!!!! I will start working again real soon and I thought it might be a good idea to have some things ready! I am so proud of myself!!!!

I would love to see more freezable recipes, so keep them coming!!!

Aww...so you actually did the thing I'm always "talking" about doing, but never do. Good for you. You'll enjoy it all those nights you can just pull dinner out. Congrats:yay!: :high five: :happy dance:

I am so happy for you. I am sure that you will love having food in the freezer.

Quick tip on sloppy joes in the freezer bag. If you forget to defrost in fridge cut the bag and put the forzen sloppy joe in a pan with a little bit of water and cover. Heat up on medium low and stir often ... only took about 10 -15 minutes depending upon the size of the sloppy joe frozen bit.
