Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

1 (10.75)cream of mushroom soup
1 c mayo
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c onions, chopped
3 (10oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp salt and pepper to taste
18 tsp paprika

In bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg and onions.
Mix in broccoli.
Sprinkle on cheese, and mix well.
Spread into buttered baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.


Freeze for up to 1 month, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 . Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 45-60 min.
