Ive never met anyone who didn't LOVE this





2 (9in)graham cracker crusts
6 Tbs butter
1 (7oz)shredded coconut
1 c chopped pecans
1 (14oz)sweetened condensed milk
1 (8oz)cream cheese, softened
1 (16oz)cool whip,thawed
1 (12oz)caramel ice cream topping
Melt butter over med heat,add coconut and pecans, stirring to coat. Saute until coconut and pecans are lightly toasted, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

Whip together condensed milk and cream cheese until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon 1/4 of cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker crust. Drizzle each with 1/4 of caramel topping. Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture and caramel.

Top each pie with coconut and pecan mixture(I like to toast the coconut but thats just an option)

Freeze overnight.

That sounds delicious, but I would forgo the coconut. The rest sounds wonderful!!

This recipe has been in my recipe file for months and I just made it last night. It was a huge hit, my family ate the whole thing for dessert (well, except for the piece I hid to bring with me to work today!). Thanks for sharing!!
