I have a butt load of Juicy Juice from WIC. The kids only get 2 glasses a day. Anyway, wondered if anybody knows how to make popsicles from juice? I need to buy something to make them w/ but wanted to know if anyone has done this before?

one way to make popsicles is to just pour some into icecube trays and use popsicle sticks!!
we used to do that when I was young!! it worked great!! I have a popsicle tray that I got from Tupperware that I use I just pour the juice right into it and let it freeze!!

I just bought popsicle maker this year from Kohls. It's a Back to Basics brand and I paid about $2.00 for it. I just pour in the juice iand freeze. I tried watering them down the first time I made them and the kids didn't really care for them. It makes 4 at a time and I make different kids depending on what juice is open.

You can use dixie cups, then just peel the cup away for the kids to eat them.

Cantaloupe is loaded with Vitamins A and C, yet it's so sweet, juicy, and succulent. Each one of these popsicles provides your kids with 30% of their daily requirement of Vitamin A and 60% Vitamin C. Plus, they're delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
6 oz. can frozen fruit juice concentrate (I like pink lemonade)
3 cups cubed cantaloupe or other melon
3/4 cup water
10 paper drink cups
10 wooden popsicle sticks

PREPARATION:
In blender or food processor, combine fruit juice concentrate and cantaloupe and process until smooth. Fill each drink cup with about 1/3 cup of this mixture, then freeze until partially frozen, about 1 hour. Insert wooden sticks and freeze until firm. To serve, peel away the paper cup. Makes 10 pops.

Last year Target had great popsicle modes. I bought two of them for like $2.50 each. We love them and pour whatever extra juice we have left over in them.

But you guys have some great ideas up above! I never thought about applesauce!
