We only go to the grocery store once a month. I already buy or make the chopped onlons and green peppers and freeze for when I am cooking meals. Does anyone know if I would be able to cut up celery and freeze?

yes you can just wash and make sure you dry it good...then chop,slice whatever and freeze.
