THIS IS GREAT STUFF...we've made it the last 2 years in a row and will again this year!!

6 c diced rhubarb
4 c sugar
1 (21oz)cherry pie filling
1 (6oz)cherry flavored jello

Put rhubarb in a large bowl. Pour sugar over top and stir to coat. Cover bowl and refrigerate OVERNIGHT!!!

Place rhubarb mix in a large pot and cook over medium heat until tender, stirring alot.

Stir in pie filling and gelatin, and bring mixture to a boil.

Pour into a shallow pan and allow to cool in refrigerator. When jelly is cool, pack into jars or plastic containers.

Then freeze.

I make this recipe, only with blueberry pie filling and rasberry jell-o. SO YUMMY! And, easy too!
