does everyone freeze cheese??
I had always heard not to freeze solid blocks of cheese because it would crumble so I never tried it. However, I buy shredded cheese all the time when it is 10 for $10 at Kroger and freeze it and have no problems whatsoever. I just toss a bag in the fridge when I see the one in there is getting low.

Works fine for us.

I don't care for frozen cheese or frozen butter either. Spoodler....did you mean liquid coffee creamer. I bought a ton after christmas when they had them 75% off. If I can freeze them, I can quit worrying about drinking them up so soon. TIA

I make so many things that need only a spoon or two of tomato paste. I finally figured out what to do with the rest of the can of paste:
When I open the can, I open both ends and push the paste out from the bottom (or the top) on to a piece of plastic wrap. I use what I need at the moment and wrap the rest and pop it into the freezer. When I need another spoon or two, I just slice off a piece.
