2 c walnuts
3 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c flour
2-3 Tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 pinch salt
1 Tbs vanilla
1 c very cold butter (cut into chunks)

In food processor,put nuts,br sugar,flour,cinnamon, nutmeg,salt,and vanilla...pulse briefly to combine.
Add in the COLD butter chunks; process to make a coarse crumble mixture.

Freeze in a ziploc freezer bag, and use when needed.

How cool is THAT!!! I make a ton of quick breads in fall/winter so I love a step saver
