This is something else I need to start doing. It would make evenings so much easier to just pull something out of the freezer, that I know is healthy and filling, and just pop it in. I need to take a weekend and just do this!!

Here's an example of flash freezing: Place cookie dough balls spaced apart on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Take the dough back out of the freezer to put into a container to keep in the freezer. The flash freezing should harden the dough enough that the balls won't stick together. Now you can pull out as many cookie dough balls out as you would like to bake. This is basically useful to help foods not stick together such as pancakes, baby food cubes, muffins, etc... Hope this helps

Great Recipes....
I have tired most of them.
I love putting Food in the freezer, just in case I have a busy day.
I just grab something for the freezer and call it dinner.

THANKS
TERESA
