How long can you freeze cookie dough? I wanted to get a head start on holiday baking, so I thought to mix up a bunch of cookies, (sugar, snickerdoodle, choc chip & peanutbutter). Is there any cookie that can't be frozen?

About three months and you'll still get a good outcome. I've gone a year but the dough definately degrades during that time. I don't know of any traditional cookie dough that can't be frozen.

I don't know of any cookie dough that can't be frozen. I've always stuck with 6 months tops. Great idea to get on top of it! I also make those cookie's in a jar. Those are good for a year...
