Here goes...
1 can Rotel(or any brand of tomatoes, chilis, and onion mixture)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
a few slices of jarred jalepenos
chopped fresh cilantro, about a handful
1/2 onion, chopped (or onion powder if you don't have time for fresh)
1 large can of chopped tomatoes, drained. (or you can use whole tomatoes which are supposedly the best of the crop)
Optional:
*lime juice-about half a fresh lime
*can of fire roasted tomatoes

Put the rotel and all the spices, cilantro, and jalepenos in your blender adn mix until well blended. Add the drained can of toatoes and pulse until it's all mixed well, but still chunky and not pureed.

Now for the freezer part...Make the base ingredients x4 (leave out the chopped tomatoes).
Puree it all and then put into for quart size baggies. When you want to make salsa, just pull a baggie out, pop it in the blender and add the tomatoes. This way you don't waste any of the cilantro that was bought.
