These are absolutely awesome!!!!

1/2 c sugar
2 egg yolks
2 (8oz)cream cheese ,softened
2 loaves sandwich bread
1 c margarine
3/4 c sugar
cinnamon


Mix first three ingred well.
Cut crusts off 2 loaves of sandwich bread and roll flat w/rolling pin.
Spread sugar, egg yolk& cream cheese mixture on bread and roll into crescent.
Melt margarine.
Mix sugar w/enough cinnamon to make it dark.
Roll crescents in melted margarine, then in cinnamon-sugar mix.
Freeze on cookie sheet for 30 minutes, and then put in plastic bags.
When ready to bake,place on cookie sheet. Bake frozen at 400 for 10-15 min.


This will knock your socks off....yup..theyre that good.......

This sounds great!! Don't mean to sound stupid, but when you put the eggs, sugar & cr. cheese on the rolled out bread - then you cut it into crescent shapes? Won't the mixture run off the bread? Definitely want to try these for Christmas am. thanks!!

This mix is fairly thick...so you really wont have the run off your thinkin of.

ALOT!!! Your using 2 loaves of bread....you can always 1/2 or even quarter the recipe to try....but these are GREAT...the kids love em and are handy to have in the freezer during winter months!
