I read some of your post on Friday. It inspired me so much I went out and got 5# of ground beef, a whole chicken. Then I went to the store and bought just a few things (my pantry was full of stuff I hardly remembered was there. I browned all the meat, boiled the chicken for chic noodle soup, made a crock pot full of chili. This made 3 meals of chili and 3 meals of chic soup for me and my kids. I had left over chicken so I shredded that for the freezer along with the ground beef. I also made the egg muffins, pancakes to freeze as well. I feel so much better about quick meals like tacos etc.
