We recieved a tin of store bought Christmas cookies as a gift this Christmas and I actually opened the tin the other day to serve some of them to guests. My question is, can I freeze these left over cookies even though they have been opened? And if I can, how would I go about doing it (freezing the whole tin or putting them in gallon bags, etc...)? I would hate to waste them...but I just don't see my family eating all these cookies anytime soon.
