I went a little overboard this year making christmas candy and cookies. I was wondering if I could freeze what's left for future use. I have 1 qt canning jars I thought about using. What do you all think?

hi, not sure what kind of candy you have for sure, but I have frozen buck-eyes, fudge (peanut butter and chocolate) and that sort of thing in the past years and have frozen the left-overs and they turn out fine, I store them in tupperware containers and put wax paper or parchment papers between the layers so they don't stick together. (I have also done choc covered pretzels like this)

as far as the cookies, yes on those too, that is what I do with cookies year round, they don't dry out this way! Hope this helps
