Can I substitute beans (black or refried) instead of the beef? It sounds yummy. But I wonder how it would be with no meat in it? Has anyone tried?

it only bakes for 2 hours if frozen.......it's 30 min if thawed

You dont wanna bake it faster if frozen or it'll burn.
