1/2 C soy sauce
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 Tbs red wine vinegar
2 tsp veg or sesame oil
1 garlic clove,minced
3/4 tsp ground ginger

Mix all in a gallon sized ziploc bag w/1lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Freeze.


To serve:
Thaw and pour into baking dish(you can at this point mix w/a bag of frozen stir fry veggies)
Bake 350 35 min.
Serve w/rice.

This is going on my grocery list this week. It sounds great. Thanks! I am going to use my foodsaver and do a few packets of the chicken for the freezer. I am burned out on my old standbys and I need to start planning ahead better and getting some stuff in my freezer because we have been eating out a lot this month.
