check out your local dollar trees for the tin 9x13 pans and such....I got a 4 pack last month for 1.00...I just toss em on a baking sheet then I can pitch them when dinners done.

What a great idea! I've been complaining about the cost of those aluminum pans. I send a meal over to some elderly neighbors every week, so I go through quite a few. I'll be stopping at the dollar store next time I'm in town. Thanks!
