I ran out of room in my freezer so I'm cooking a 14 pound turkey today. Can I freeze some of it after it's cooked? I'm afraid it might get mushy...

I do it all the time.I wrap it in plastic then tuck it in a zip lock bag.I do it in about two cup package.

Uses for it-
Turkey salad.cold for sandwiches,
turkey noodles soup,
in any casseroles,
on pizza with bbq sauce,
mixed with some gravy over mashed potatoes.

Lots of things......
