-Don't just turn on a light automatically when you go into a room.
-Turn off lights and the tv when not in use.
-Turn off the computer when you are done.
-Unplug items like the cell phone charger when not in use.

-Get your GED. People who at least have their high school diploma make more than those who do not.
-If offered in your child's school.....Your child can take Advanced Placement classes, and then take a test and he/she will get college credit.
-Stock up on school supplies for the year during the back to school sales in August.

-Look in the paper and other brochures/publications for free entertainment where you live: concerts in the park, exhibits, events, crafttime at the library, lectures.
-go to the park: play and feed the ducks.
-fly a kite
-family walk or bike ride
-check out movies from the library
-borrow movies from friends

-Check out this online auction house for deals. Just be sure you factor in the cost of shipping/handling when you are bidding on an item as many times you can get an item cheaper brand new in the store.
-If you like Gymboree, but don't have a store near you or can't afford it brand new browse for deals online.
-You can find items in the original packaging to gift as gifts.

-Omelets, scrambled eggs, fried egg sandwich
-Sometimes you can find eggs cheaper the week before Easter.

-Take your lunch to work with you.
-Order water.
-Take home whatever you didn't eat (lunch for tomorrow).
-Look for coupons for area restaurants.
-Lunch menus are usually cheaper than supper menus.

-If you buy your children Easter outfits for church look at second hand shops first.
-Pick a nice outfit that they can wear again.
-Easter basket ideas: Target dollar bin, Clearance shelves at Michaels, crayons, hair ties, etc.
-Look for Easter baskets and the grass at Dollar Tree.

English Muffin Pizzas

-Quick and frugal lunch or dinner option.
-Just cut in half (I toast mine next), put on a cookie sheet and cover with whatever toppings you want, broil till done.
