Frugal-Cooking and baking
Breakfasts: Make up large batches of waffles, pancakes and french toast to freeze. Make up a couple dozen breakfast burritos and freeze those too. Easy way to get a hot breakfast in the mornings.
Snacks-Make up double batches of things like banana bread and freeze for later. Make up double batches of cookie dough, bake half and the other half make into balls and freeze. Mix up a box cake mix, pour into two square pans and bake. Frost one and eat, freeze the other one unfrosted. Great ideas for unexpected company, short notice on picnics and other get togethers.
Dinners: Make up double batches of things like chili, spag sauce. Even casseroles. Helps for a quick dinner when life gets hectic and makes you less likely to order out or hit the drive thru.
